What is Lawyerlink and how does it work?
Lawyerlink is a subscription-based legal service built specifically for UK businesses. We give you unlimited access to our experienced, in-house solicitors who are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA). You’re not being referred to external firms or freelance lawyers; you work directly with our team.
We handle your legal work from start to finish. That means not just advice, but preparing contracts, drafting policies, reviewing documents, engaging with third parties, and resolving legal issues on your behalf. Your dedicated solicitor gets to know your business and works alongside you throughout the year, backed by a team of experts.
What’s included in my plan?
Our solicitors proactively handle your core business legal needs, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, employment agreements, company policies and intellectual property protection. We interact directly with third parties to resolve disputes, recover outstanding debts, manage UK GDPR compliance, and ensure your business consistently meets regulatory requirements. See our full suite of services.
Are there any limits to my subscription?
Your subscription gives you unlimited access to legal advice and support for everyday business needs. There are no caps on emails, calls, or document reviews. You can use the service as often as needed.
Why is Lawyerlink more affordable than traditional law firms?
We’ve redefined commercial legal support. By employing our solicitors directly and streamlining delivery, we’ve removed the overhead that drives up hourly billing. Our focus is on what matters most - everyday, proactive, practical advice.
This efficient model enables us to offer unlimited solicitor-led support at a fixed monthly price. You gain long-term, affordable legal confidence without compromising on quality.
How do I know I can trust Lawyerlink?
Lawyerlink was founded by a global legal services group with over 30 years of experience supporting SMEs. Backed by 300+ legal professionals, the group has earned awards for excellence in legal service, innovation, and technology, and is recognised as a top employer.
In the UK, Lawyerlink builds on this proven model by combining trusted legal expertise with modern delivery. Our solicitors work in-house, are fully regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), and focus on long-term client relationships.
Will I ever be charged hidden fees?
No. Your subscription covers all day-to-day legal support. You’ll never be billed for emails, calls, document reviews or extra hours.
If you need support beyond our scope (such as reserved legal activities), we’ll refer you to a trusted law firm and can help you negotiate fair legal fees with the provider you choose.
Is my business data secure?
Yes, your data security is our top priority. We’re certified under the UK Government’s Cyber Essentials scheme, fully GDPR compliant, and registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
All your information is stored in ISO 27001-certified UK/EU data centres using full encryption, secure access protocols, and multi-factor authentication.
Only authorised members of our legal team can access your data, and we handle all information with care, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Why do clients stay with Lawyerlink long term?
The businesses we work with don’t stay for one-off issues; they stay because we become part of how they manage risk, growth, and everyday operations. Each client builds a consistent relationship with their lead solicitor, who understands their business and delivers clear, practical advice when it’s needed most.
Our proactive approach means clients rarely need to chase us. We flag issues early, helping prevent problems before they arise. Over time, that consistency builds trust, confidence, and ease in handling legal matters.
How do I join Lawyerlink?
Getting started is straightforward. You can do that online, or book a call with our team.
Once you sign up, we’ll introduce you to your dedicated solicitor, who will take time to understand your business, your priorities, and any legal concerns you already have. From there, we’ll help you map out your legal needs, whether it’s reviewing contracts, updating policies, or planning ahead for hiring or compliance.
You gain immediate access to our Client Hub, where you can manage your legal matters easily.
How will I work with my solicitor?
Once onboarded, your lead solicitor becomes your go-to legal partner. You can reach them directly via the Client Hub's instant messaging whenever you need advice, have documents reviewed, or need a new issue handled. They’ll manage your matters from start to finish, involving other members of our team only when specialist input is required.
We don’t use account managers or middle layers; your solicitor is your main point of contact, and they’ll build a strong working relationship with you over time. This consistent support is what makes our model feel like you’ve got your own in-house legal team.
How long does my subscription last?
Our subscription runs on a 12-month basis because legal support is most effective when it’s consistent and long-term. Business needs don’t stop and start every month, neither should your legal cover.
An annual commitment allows your solicitor to work proactively with you, not just reactively. It also helps us keep costs predictable and support levels consistent, while giving you the flexibility to adjust your plan at renewal.
What is the Lawyerlink Client Hub?
The Client Hub is your digital home for all things legal. It’s a secure, easy-to-use platform where you can book consultations, upload and download documents, message your solicitor, and keep track of your legal matters.
You can monitor your subscription details, review completed work, and see what’s in progress. It’s designed to give you visibility and control.
