Is there a limit to the number of consultations I can have?

No, there is no limit to the number of consultations. You have unlimited access to our lawyers for legal guidance and advice as part of your subscription.

How do I access the Client Hub?

Can I track the progress of my legal matters in the Client Hub?

Yes, you can track the status of your legal matters directly in the Client Hub. You will receive updates and can view all relevant information in one convenient location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit card payments, processed securely through Stripe Payments.

How is billing handled?

Billing is managed through the Client Hub, where you can choose to pay your annual subscription upfront or monthly. You will receive invoices and can manage your payment information directly within the hub.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription?

If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not typically offered for the unused portion of the subscription term unless the cancellation is due to an issue on our part.
